PRODUCT SOURCING

Our overseas offices and staff are based in global cotton growing and textile manufacturing hotspots. With offices in India, Pakistan, China, Dubai & Turkey, our people are in the right place to secure what you need. Our sister company WestPoint Group adds the North American and Caribbean capabilities ensuring we are truly global. We source all the components needed from the most attractive markets, and bring them together to produce your textiles.

We treat our end vendors as trusted partners. We continue to work alongside international brands to develop innovation into their brands and textile ranges. The John Lewis Partnership, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton, Mamas and Papas as well as the Ministry of Justice have all used Visions creative teams to develop and bring something “new” to their products & customers. QUALITY ASSURANCE

We have checks with our own staff to satisfy the Vision Quality assurance policy. As well as checks throughout the manufacture process (inline), Vision performs a final AQL inspection for every purchase order placed and container shipped.

Our products are then tested in house and independently, measured against the specifications laid down by the customer. Cyclical independent quality tests on all goods received and stocked in our warehousing for specific customers are shared to all parties – all part of the service.

CONSOLIDATION & WAREHOUSING

We consolidate our stock in our UK & European warehouses. Goods are dispatched directly to both the UK and Europe to the end customer. Our retail products are focused on direct delivery to the customers preferred locations. Outside of Europe we ship direct to the consumer through the Vision network with great ease.

The warehouses are capable of pack, carton and palletised dispatches thanks to the barcode technology and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Vision dispatch by sales order whatever the size, with standard, next day timed, and priority same day dispatches available.

DISTRIBUTION & LOGISTICS

We cover the globe. Our shipment planning means wherever you are, we can service your order. Our logistics team manage all aspects of your delivery from Shipment planning and execution, freight rate negotiation, shipping documentation and monitoring goods in transit. We have delivered to 85 countries in all 5 continents this year. We have support in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa and the Americas from a network of ratified International agents and distributors to bring your order to your door.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

We plan your production to your needs. With a complex supply chain that starts with purchasing yarn, having it spun, textile manufacture and then getting it to you, everything needs clinical precision. Our regional offices and UK purchasing team work in tandem to guarantee continuity. Every element of the supply chain is audited and complies with strict internationally recognised programs.
