Vision Support Services was founded in 2005 and united a number of heritage-rich textile mills who could offer a unique and intuitive product. Since then, by working with our three leading product brands – Liddell, Hilden and Whitakers – we’ve become a global textile giant simultaneously working with accommodation providers, retailers, laundries, public bodies and healthcare markets.

Today, we have a truly worldwide presence; working across five continents, speaking over 20 languages and covering five trading jurisdictions we bring together more than 200 years of textile manufacturing with sourcing, supplying and distribution to offer a total textile solution.

Unlike other global textile manufacturers, our overseas sourcing network is operated by professionally qualified, local, highly trained technicians, employed exclusively by Vision.

Our offices are located in key manufacturing areas across the world; the UK, Ireland, China, Dubai, Pakistan and India, delivering unrivalled market penetration.

We employ all our local and regional staff to ensure our customers have access to a truly specialised network. The Vision staff pride themselves on their ability to provide expert market and local knowledge, they ensure they have an understanding of Western consumers and they are confident in service-provider market requirements.

All of our overseas offices have access to an extensive worldwide market of manufacturing partners with investment in relationships dating back decades. We are constantly adding to our approved supplier list, with stringent protocols and testing to ensure quality in every product and service.

We are proud to support our overseas offices and the way they work. From the sales teams who deliver the Vision offer to the world to the manufacturing partners who help us to produce hundreds of millions of individual products each year, Vision continues to be at the forefront of the textile industry.

Our head office and core warehouse facility are both based in Blackburn, UK, paying homage to where it all began. Two of our leading product brands, Hilden and Whitakers originated just 10 miles away from our current site more than 200 years ago.

These headquarters manage the marketing, sales, operations and distribution arms of the business, working closely with our overseas offices on a daily basis to ensure efficient communication and service.

Our substantial warehouse is located on the same industrial park as the head office and is the main facility coordinating our worldwide distribution network. Here, we manage the supply, stock holding and circulation for all our warehousing functions across the world, ensuring a smooth experience from source to end user.

Our Ireland office holds a special place in our hearts as it’s the birthplace of our luxury product brand, Liddell. For more than 150 years, Liddell has been creating beautiful fabrics and quality hotel linen and supplying them to some of the most prestigious hospitality clients in the world.

Located in Lisburn, a stones throw away from Belfast; our Irish team consists of our international sales team who focus on facilitating overseas growth for the Vision group and servicing high-profile international customers such as the Raffles Hotel in Singapore and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel group.

Based in Ningbo, our China office employs local representatives with expertise in textile and bespoke product manufacture. Our team of experts consists of product developers, quality controllers, test controllers, logistics and accounting professionals.

In this significant sourcing region, our employees are focused on nurturing and growing the database of textile manufacturers within China. They work tirelessly to ensure a superior standard of quality linen products including; synthetic and natural bedding, feather and down bedding, polypropylene/cotton bed linen products, organic and white cotton towels and specialist flame retardant textiles.

Working closely with local factories from Ningbo to Chengdu, from Guangzhou to Beijing, we ensure quality products straight from the source.

Home to our Vision Emirates sales office, our Dubai staff service the Middle East and Africa markets, aggregating product from across the Vision network and controlling sales on an export basis.

This strategically located office coordinates sourcing and assurance services across our Vision network and assists in the decision as to which area is best placed to service the needs and requirements of a customer.

Vision group Pakistan is headquartered in the city of Lahore where the team members are experienced in product development, merchandising, quality assurance, textile supply chain management and logistics support.

With a wide range of trusted factories and textile manufacturers at their beck and call, our team in Pakistan pride themselves on quality assured product for all of the Vision customers.

This region specialises in the production of cotton and blended yarns, loomstate fabrics, bleached or dyed fabrics, premium, budget and institutional line, performance and fine table linens, towels, workwear, kitchen linens and accessories.

All of our offices work together to produce products with exceptional quality. The product range that we offer is not only completely diverse it can be completely bespoke meaning we can create the right product for the right environment – according to a customer’s unique and specific needs.

Based in Kerala, our Indian office is home to a team of dedicated employees each committed to quality sourcing, manufacturing and customer service. Our Indian team work in sync with our other procurement regions to ensure rigorous testing protocols are followed and applied.

The team in India are committed to keeping abreast of innovative products, developing new linen fabrics and products incorporating state-of-the-art technologies. From high-performance, exceptionally durable table linen which has been stress tested again and again to bespoke ranges of jacquard bed linen which has been created with intricate patterns, each of these products is obtained and designed by our team of creative engineers.
